How to Get to Choceň
Choceň is well served by the Czech rail network; arriving at Prague (PRG) or Pardubice and taking ČD regional trains is the easiest option. The town's station provides convenient connections for regional travel.
Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG): The main airport for travellers heading to Pardubice Region. From PRG travel to Prague hlavní nádraží then take regional trains or coaches east toward Pardubice and Choceň; Choceň is well connected by rail and is typically 1-1.5 hours from Prague by train with direct or single-change services.
Pardubice Airport (PED): Pardubice has a small airport used for some seasonal flights and events; ground connections from Pardubice to Choceň are short (by train or bus) if flights are available.
Train: Choceň has a mainline railway station (Choceň zastávka / Choceň station) on the Prague-Pardubice-Liberec corridor with frequent ČD regional and some express services. Direct regional trains from Pardubice take only a few minutes; from Prague expect about 60-90 minutes depending on service.
