Prague Václav Havel Airport (PRG): Major international airport. Take the Airport Express (AE) bus to Praha hlavní nádraží (≈60 CZK, ~35 minutes off-peak), then a regional České dráhy (ČD) or RegioJet train to Letohrad (usually 2-2.5 hours total from the airport including transfer; typical rail fare ~200-350 CZK).

Bus: Regional buses serve Letohrad from nearby towns (Pardubice, Ústí nad Orlicí). Typical regional bus fares are in the 40-120 CZK range and journey times depend on route (approximately 40-90 minutes from major nearby towns).
