How to Get to Chiroqchi
Chiroqchi (Chiroqchi) is a town in Uzbekistan's Qashqadaryo Region. The nearest major rail/air hubs are Qarshi and Tashkent; most travellers reach Chiroqchi by train or bus to Qarshi and a short onward road transfer.
Shahrisabz / Qarshi regional airports (limited) / Tashkent (TAS): Chiroqchi is in Qashqadaryo Region and the most practical international gateway is Tashkent International Airport (TAS), or domestic connections via Qarshi/Shahrisabz when available. From Tashkent or Qarshi area you continue by road to Chiroqchi; a private taxi from Qarshi takes around 1-2 hours depending on route.
Domestic flights: Scheduled domestic services to small regional airstrips are limited; overland travel is the usual onward option for Chiroqchi.
Train: Uzbekistan’s rail network serves Qarshi and surrounding towns in Qashqadaryo; travellers typically take a train to Qarshi station and continue by road to Chiroqchi (local station names vary). Trains to Qarshi from Tashkent take several hours; onward road transfers to Chiroqchi are roughly 30-90 minutes depending on exact origin.
