Carolina Beach State Park is a North Carolina state park located on the Cape Fear River near the town of Carolina Beach. The park protects maritime and freshwater habitats and offers outdoor recreation close to the coast.

From Wilmington, NC, drive north on US-421 or NC-132 to routes leading to Carolina Beach; the park is a short drive from town with parking at the main entrance. The park is well signed from the island roads.
