The Calouste Gulbenkian Museum is an art museum in Lisbon holding the private collection of businessman and philanthropist Calouste Gulbenkian. It opened in 1969 and forms the cultural centre of the Gulbenkian Foundation.

The collection was assembled by Calouste Gulbenkian (1869-1955) and bequeathed to a foundation that established the museum and cultural complex. The building and galleries were created to display the foundation’s holdings and to host cultural programming from the late 1960s onward.

Located in central Lisbon within the Gulbenkian Foundation campus, the museum sits on a city garden complex north of the city centre and is accessible by public transport and taxi.
