Cabilao Island (Bohol) is reached by road + boat from Tagbilaran City. From Tagbilaran take a jeepney/van or private car west on the Tagbilaran-Loon road toward the municipality of Loon (Looc area) - the drive is roughly 40-60 minutes depending on traffic. From the small passenger pier at Looc/Barangay Looc catch a local pump boat or scheduled outrigger to Cabilao Island (boat rides commonly take on the order of 20-45 minutes); on arrival the island’s landing is a short walk from the dock to accommodations and dive sites.
