The Beyeler Foundation (Fondation Beyeler) is a private museum in Riehen on the outskirts of Basel that presents a focused collection of modern and contemporary art. The museum opened in 1997 in a purpose-built building by architect Renzo Piano.

The permanent collection galleries display classical modern and 20th-century works alongside rotating temporary exhibitions drawn from international loans. A landscaped sculpture park surrounds the building and displays outdoor works from the foundation’s holdings.

The collection was assembled by art dealers and collectors Ernst and Hildy Beyeler; they established the foundation to make their collection publicly accessible and commissioned the Renzo Piano building which opened in 1997. Since then the foundation has combined long-term displays with high-profile temporary exhibitions.
