Bayanaul National Park is a protected area in Pavlodar Region of Kazakhstan, established in 1985, known for its granite outcrops, pine woodlands and numerous clear inland lakes.
The park contains a compact range of rocky peaks and more than a dozen small lakes set within steppe, offering hiking, swimming and rock-climbing opportunities; the highest summit, Mount Akbet, rises to about 1,022 metres and is a common destination for visitors.
The reserve was created to protect the area’s distinctive landscapes and biodiversity and has since served as a popular regional recreation area for residents and tourists.
The park lies near the town of Bayanaul in Pavlodar Region, set within the Kazakh steppe and accessible from regional road networks.

Bayanaul is about 260 km southwest of Pavlodar city by road; the nearest town is Bayanaul itself, which sits at the park edge. Regular buses and marshrutkas connect Pavlodar with Bayanaul town; from there short local taxis or walking access reach trailheads and lakes.

- Hike early to see the granite tors (known locally as 'boar stones') in the best light and to avoid midday wind on exposed ridges.
