Basiluzzo is a small, rocky islet in the Aeolian archipelago north of Sicily, located close to the island of Panarea. It is uninhabited and noted for clear water and rocky reefs that attract short recreational boat visits and snorkelling.
The islet has no settlement and offers a compact shoreline of volcanic rock typical of the Aeolian islands; it is a common stop on boat excursions around the archipelago.
Basiluzzo lies in the Tyrrhenian Sea among the northern Aeolian islands and is reached by small-boat from Panarea and other nearby islands in the group.
