West & Southwest Coast (Holetown, Bridgetown, Carlisle Bay)

The trade winds continue to make February pleasant and outdoor-friendly, and Holetown’s street festivals and the smaller local events mean you’ll find the beaches busy but not crowded. Water remains warm and clear, excellent for early-season scuba at popular wrecks off Bridgetown. Bring sun protection and a light windbreaker for dinners on the boardwalk; inland heat in the few sheltered spots can feel noticeably warmer than on the beachfront.

South & Southeast Coast (Bridgetown approaches, Oistins, The Crane)

February continues to feel pleasantly warm with reliable trade winds and low rainfall, and Holetown and Oistins host local festivals that attract both locals and visitors. The south coast’s calm bays are excellent for learning to kite or trying an introductory dive; head to The Crane for its dramatic cliffs and popular hotel beaches. Book restaurants and tours early if your trip coincides with school holidays.

East & Atlantic Coast (Bathsheba, Atlantic Shores, Bath Beach)

February keeps the east coast dramatic and windy with crisp air off the Atlantic; Bathsheba’s famous boulder-strewn beaches are excellent for watching surf but not for casual bathing. Local surf schools are active where conditions allow, though big swells keep many lessons to the south and west. Bring a windbreaker and expect limited sheltered dining spots after sunset.

Scotland District & Northern Highlands (Cherry Tree Hill, St. Andrew, North Point)

February remains one of the clearest months for panoramic views from the island’s higher spots, and the slightly cooler air is welcome after busier coastal areas. Local roadside stands sell fresh produce from higher-elevation farms, a treat if you enjoy farm-to-table meals; flowering shrubs pepper the lanes. Expect conditions cooler than the beaches and bring a windproof layer for ridge-top exposure.
