How to Get to Bar, Ukraine#
Bar (Vinnytsia Oblast) is most often reached via Vinnytsia-arrive at Vinnytsia train station or the small regional airport and continue by bus, marshrutka or taxi for the short onward journey. Kyiv is the main international gateway if flying in from abroad.
Vinnytsia (Havryshivka) Airport (VIN) / Kyiv (Boryspil KBP): Bar (Vinnytsia Oblast) is most practically reached via Vinnytsia’s regional airport or by rail/bus from Kyiv if coming from abroad. Vinnytsia airport has limited connections; many travellers fly into Kyiv and continue by train or coach.
Other regional airports: Lviv and Odessa are distant alternatives depending on travel plans, but they require long overland transfers to Bar.
Train: Bar is close to Vinnytsia city, which is a major rail hub (Vinnytsia station). From Vinnytsia you can take a short regional train or bus/taxi to Bar (about 30-50 minutes).
