Baiturrahman Grand Mosque

Baiturrahman Grand Mosque is the principal mosque of Banda Aceh in Aceh province, Indonesia, and an important symbol of the city. It is an active congregational mosque and a key landmark in Banda Aceh’s urban centre.

Notable features include its prominent domes, minarets and large prayer hall, which are visible from surrounding streets and public squares. The mosque serves religious functions for the local Muslim community and is often included on walking routes through the city centre.
