Migratory birds stop off in nearby wetlands, and the occasional storm cell can produce sudden heavy rain that puddles streets for an hour before clearing. Tourism begins to pick up toward month-end; reserve weekend tables if you want a waterfront spot.

Muharraq & Eastern Coast (Muharraq City, Bahrain International Airport, Amwaj)

February brings stable, sunny days and temperatures rising into the low 20s; the air stays dry and the Amwaj waterfront is pleasant for cycling or seaside walks.
