Asti Cathedral, formally the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, is the Roman Catholic cathedral in Asti in Piedmont, Italy and serves as the seat of the Diocese of Asti. The church displays architectural elements that date to the medieval period.

Its fabric reflects multiple construction phases from the Middle Ages and later modifications typical of Italian cathedrals in provincial episcopal cities. The building contains the cathedral liturgical spaces and works associated with a diocesan centre.

The cathedral occupies a prominent position in Asti’s historic centre and is integrated into the city’s urban ensemble of churches, squares and civic buildings.
