Arena Lviv

Arena Lviv is a multi-purpose stadium in the city of Lviv in western Ukraine, completed and opened in 2011. The venue was developed as part of regional upgrades associated with UEFA Euro 2012.

A modern stadium bowl with seating, hospitality suites and media facilities used mainly for football matches and large events, the venue accommodates tens of thousands of spectators for domestic and international fixtures. The stadium’s infrastructure includes spectator circulation, floodlighting and media spaces suitable for televised sports and concerts.

Designed to meet UEFA standards in place at the time of construction, the arena has been used by local clubs for league matches and by the national team for selected fixtures. Its location within Lviv provides access by city transport and regional road links.

Built and opened in 2011 to serve as one of the Ukrainian host venues for UEFA Euro 2012, the stadium formed part of a programme of new and upgraded sports facilities in the country. Since opening it has been used for sport and cultural events.

The stadium is located in the city of Lviv in Lviv Oblast, western Ukraine, and is accessible from the city centre by local roads and public transport.
