Aquaria KLCC is a large public aquarium and oceanarium located beneath the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre in the KLCC district of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It presents marine and freshwater exhibits that illustrate diverse aquatic habitats.
Exhibit zones range from riverine and rainforest displays to a central oceanarium with a long transparent tunnel, allowing visitors to walk through and view fish, rays, and other marine species at close range. The facility also includes interactive touch pools and scheduled feeding or interpretive sessions.
Designed as a major urban aquarium to complement the KLCC precinct, Aquaria KLCC opened in the late 20th to early 21st century and has operated as a public education and tourism facility since then.
The aquarium sits beneath the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre precinct, immediately adjacent to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park.

How to Get to Aquaria KLCC #
Aquaria KLCC is located beneath Suria KLCC at the base of the Petronas Twin Towers in central Kuala Lumpur. The most direct public-transit access is the Kelana Jaya LRT line to KLCC station - use the station exits that lead into Suria KLCC and you will be inside the shopping mall with direct signs to Aquaria (a 0-5 minute walk from the station concourse).
From KL Sentral it’s a short 10-15 minute taxi/Grab ride or one LRT stop (transfer to the Kelana Jaya line); there is also covered pedestrian access from adjacent KLCC hotels and the Bukit Bintang area via walkways.
