Amicalola Falls State Park is about 65 miles north of Atlanta, off Georgia State Route 52 near Dawsonville. From US-19/GA-60 follow signage to the park; there is paid parking. The nearest major airport is Atlanta (Hartsfield-Jackson), about a 1.5-2 hour drive.
