Alupka on the southern Crimean coast is usually reached via Simferopol Airport followed by road transfer, or by local suburban trains and marshrutkas from Yalta. Local buses and the railway are convenient for short coastal hops.

By Air

Simferopol International Airport (SIP): Simferopol is the main airport serving the southern Crimean coast and is the usual entry point for Alupka/Yalta. Road transfers from Simferopol to Alupka take about 1.5-2 hours depending on traffic; minibuses and private taxis operate frequently. Prices for minibuses and shared transfers vary seasonally; private taxis and transfer services are commonly used for direct trips.

Yalta (small airfields / heliports): Yalta/Alupka do not have regular large commercial airports; some charter or helicopter services operate seasonally for transfers within Crimea. These options are niche and expensive compared with bus or taxi transfers from Simferopol.
