Ai-Petri is a prominent limestone peak on the southern coast of Crimea near the city of Yalta, with a summit elevation of 1,234 metres. The mountain is noted for its serrated ridge and broad viewing platforms that give extensive outlooks over the southern Crimean coast and the Black Sea.

Trails and local access routes take visitors to viewpoints and small mountain structures; the summit area is a short distance above the coastal towns and is used for day trips and panoramic sightseeing. The plateau and ridge are formed from limestone and present a mix of rocky exposure and alpine meadow at higher elevations.

The name Ai-Petri is derived from a historical association with Saint Peter; the area was frequented and developed as a sightseeing destination during the 19th and 20th centuries, with paths and visitor facilities added over time. The ridge and summit remain a popular natural landmark for the Yalta region.

Ai-Petri sits on the southern side of the Crimean Peninsula close to Yalta and the coastal Black Sea towns, forming part of the Crimean Mountains and overlooking the southern coastline.
