The Agiou Panteleimonos monastery, commonly known as Rossikon, is a Russian Orthodox monastery located on the Mount Athos peninsula in northern Greece. It is one of the largest Russian monastic communities on Mount Athos.
A working monastic complex with chapels, cells and communal facilities typical of Orthodox monasticism; the site is notable for its Russian liturgical traditions and iconography. Visitors are generally male pilgrims who have obtained the required permit to enter Mount Athos.
The monastery expanded over centuries as Russian monks established a presence on Mount Athos; it became a major center for Russian monastic life on the peninsula and retains strong cultural and liturgical links to the Russian Orthodox tradition.
Situated on the western side of the Athos peninsula within the Monastic Republic of Mount Athos, the monastery sits among other monastic settlements on a largely forested coastal slope.

Mount Athos is reached by ferry from Ouranoupoli (Chalkidiki); passengers must have a diamonitirion (entry permit) issued by the Mount Athos Pilgrims’ Bureau in Karyes. Ferries land at the peninsula and transfers to individual monasteries are by skiff.
