Agathonisi is a small inhabited island in the northeastern Aegean Sea and forms part of the Dodecanese group in Greece. It is a low-profile island with a small resident population and limited tourist infrastructure.

The coastline features small coves and simple beaches; visitors typically come for quiet rural island life, swimming and short coastal walks rather than developed resort facilities. Boat transfers are the normal means of access and services can be seasonal.
