3 World Trade Center is a commercial skyscraper in Lower Manhattan, New York City, completed as part of the rebuilt World Trade Center complex and opened in 2018.

The building contains large office floors, ground-level retail and lobby space and sits immediately adjacent to the 9/11 Memorial plaza and the World Trade Center transportation hub. Its location makes it a frequent stop for visitors combining memorial sites, the Oculus shopping hall and nearby towers rather than being a dedicated public observation destination.

Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners and developed by Silverstein Properties, the tower was built during the phased reconstruction of the World Trade Center site after the 2001 attacks. Construction and fit-out took place across the 2010s, with the building delivered to tenants in 2018.

Located on Greenwich Street at the World Trade Center site in Lower Manhattan, the tower faces the 9/11 Memorial and sits within the cluster of rebuilt towers that include One World Trade Center and the Oculus transport hub.

3 World Trade Center is adjacent to the World Trade Center transportation hub (PATH, multiple NYC subway lines) and is an easy walk from Wall Street, Battery Park and Fulton Street transit connections.
