Traveling about Pagudpud is easy with a good network of buses andjeepneys taking you from the beaches to the inland national parks. Hiring a car is an option that allows you the freedom to explore the town and surrounding area at your own pace.

The crystal clear blue waters and fine white sand beaches are a major attraction for visitors to Pagudpud, and throughout the year there are large numbers of both local and foreign tourists. There are some fantastic national parks that offer challenging treks along the hilly coastline.

Travel to Pagudpud - Getting There

Pagudpud is easily reached by bus or jeepney from Laoag, which is just 90 minutes away. Planes arrive daily from Manila to Laoag, taking approximately 45 minutes flying time. It is also possible to take a bus from Manila but journey times take upward of 12 hours.
