Yona is reached from A.B. Won Pat International Airport (GUM) by road. The island has no rail; visitors typically use taxis, rental cars or the island bus service for the trip of roughly 25-40 minutes from the airport.

By Air

A.B. Won Pat International Airport (GUM): Guam’s main airport, located near Tamuning/Tumon. From GUM you can reach Yona by taxi or rental car in about 25-40 minutes depending on traffic and route. Public buses also connect the airport area with villages across the island.

Note: There are no other commercial airports on Guam; all scheduled arrivals use GUM.

By Train & Bus

Train: Guam has no passenger rail service.

Bus: Guam Regional Transit Authority (GRTA) and private shuttle services operate island-wide routes. Buses serve major villages including stops near Yona; travel times from the airport or central Tumon depend on route and transfers and can be longer than taxis, but fares are very low.
