Xingcheng Haibin National Park is a coastal recreational area on the southern shore of Liaodong Bay in Liaoning province, China, centered on sandy beaches and seaside promenades near the city of Xingcheng. The site functions as a seaside resort area with beaches, promenades and bathing zones.

The shoreline offers sandy beach areas, shallow waters for swimming in summer and built seaside facilities and promenades that support day visitors and short coastal walks. The coastal strip is commonly combined with visits to the nearby historic walled town for a mix of beach and cultural sightseeing.

The wider coastal zone has been developed for tourism and local recreation over the 20th and 21st centuries with bathing facilities, promenades and seasonal services that support short-stay visitors. The adjacent historic town contains Ming-era walls and surviving urban fabric that provide a distinct cultural complement to the seaside attractions.

The park and beaches lie on the Liaodong Bay coast beside the city of Xingcheng in southwestern Liaoning province, China. The shoreline faces the inner part of the bay and is accessed from the town and regional road network.

• Best season: Beach and bathing facilities are busiest in summer months when the shallow Liaodong Bay waters are most suitable for swimming and seaside recreation.
• Nearby historic town: The coastal area sits beside the walled historic town of Xingcheng, which preserves Ming-era defensive walls and is frequently visited alongside the seaside park.

Xingcheng is on the Huludao-Dalian rail corridor; from Xingcheng train station it is a 20-30 minute walk or short taxi ride to the Haibin area. Regular regional buses connect Huludao, Dalian and nearby cities; if driving, follow National Highway routes into Xingcheng and then local signs to the seafront.

• Walk the old city wall in Xingcheng first thing in the morning and then head down to the beach - the contrast between Ming-era walls and an open sea is worth the short detour.
• Public buses run from Huludao and Dalian; if arriving by train to Xingcheng, the beach and park are walkable from the town centre (20-30 minutes).
• Bring a light windbreaker - Liaodong Bay can blow up suddenly in late afternoon even on warm days.
