Worlds End State Park is a Pennsylvania state park in the Endless Mountains region noted for its steep-sided Loyalsock Creek gorge, waterfalls and forested ridges.
Trail networks run along the gorge and provide viewpoints, cliffside walks and riverside hiking; the creek is used for trout fishing and there are primitive camping and cabin options seasonally. The park connects with longer regional trails and is used for day hikes and backcountry outings.
The park was established in the 20th century to conserve the Loyalsock Gorge and surrounding forested landscape and has been managed by state conservation agencies since its creation. Facilities and trails have been developed to support public recreation while protecting the gorge’s natural features.
Located in Sullivan County in northeast Pennsylvania, the park sits in the Endless Mountains near the small communities of Forksville and Dushore.

- Park at the main park lot near the visitor facilities (off PA‑154) to access the popular High Knob overlook and the Loyalsock Trail; start early if you plan a loop to secure a prime parking spot.
- Check stream and trail conditions after heavy rain-Loyalsock Creek can rise quickly and wet rocks on the gorge trails are slippery; many visitors underestimate how weather affects access and safety.
