Watkin’s Tower was a late 19th century tower project at Wembley Park in northwest London initiated by Sir Edward Watkin as a landmark structure. The ambitious iron‑lattice tower was never completed and was later dismantled, leaving only foundations and minor remains at the site.
The project was promoted in the context of Victorian entertainment and railway development around Wembley Park and was intended to rival continental towers in scale. Structural and financial problems led to abandonment, and the site was later repurposed for other developments.
