Wall Arch was a natural sandstone arch formerly located in Arches National Park, Utah, near Moab. It was a freestanding natural arch formed in Entrada Sandstone.
Wall Arch formed through natural weathering and erosion of sandstone over long periods. The structure unexpectedly collapsed on August 4, 2008; the event was documented by park staff and photographers.
The arch stood within Arches National Park, which is adjacent to the town of Moab, Utah, and is part of the Colorado Plateau landscape north of Moab.

How to Get to Wall Arch #
Wall Arch was within Arches National Park, just north of Moab, Utah. Moab is accessed by U.S. Route 191; the park’s main road (Arches Scenic Drive) loops off US‑191 about 5 miles north of Moab. The park is open 24 hours; check the visitor center for seasonal closures and trail updates.

- Wall Arch collapsed in 2008 - don't go looking for a standing arch; the site is a study in absence. Instead, use the short detour to view the nearby formations along the Windows/Double Arch area.
