Velká Deštná is the highest peak of the Orlické Mountains in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic, rising to about 1,115 metres above sea level.
A popular local destination for day hikes and winter recreation, the summit features an observation tower and panoramic viewpoints that look over forested ridges and neighbouring mountain ranges. Trails of varying difficulty link the peak with the village of Deštné v Orlických horách and nearby ski and trail networks.
The mountain is a natural landmark within the Orlické hory range and has long been used for forestry and mountain recreation; infrastructure for visitors has expanded in recent decades to include maintained trails and the summit lookout.
The peak sits in northeastern Bohemia, within the Orlické hory Protected Landscape Area, a short drive east of the town of Rychnov nad Kněžnou and roughly 100-130 km northeast of Prague depending on route.
