Vallø Castle

Vallø Castle (Vallø Slot) is a historic castle and estate on the island of Zealand in eastern Denmark. The complex comprises a central castle building with ancillary wings and parkland on the surrounding estate.

The site presents a compact ensemble of historic buildings and formal grounds; guided access or timed visits are the usual way to see interior spaces when they are open to the public. Architectural and landscape features reflect several phases of construction and later renovation.
