How to Get to Valasin #
Valasin lies in the mountains above the town of Ismayilli. The most practical approach is to drive from Ismayilli (roughly 30-60 minutes depending on exact trailhead) on local roads; the last kilometres may be unpaved and require a high-clearance vehicle. Local minibuses (marshrutkas) run from Ismayilli to nearby villages - from there hire a taxi or walk along marked shepherd trails.
