Villa Tugendhat is a modernist residential building in Brno, Czech Republic, designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and completed in 1930 for Fritz and Greta Tugendhat. It is widely regarded as an important example of early 20th century modern architecture.

Commissioned by the Tugendhat family, the villa was built 1928-1930 to Mies van der Rohe’s design as a private residence. The house subsequently changed hands and uses during the 20th century and has been subject to conservation and restoration to preserve its architectural fabric.

The villa sits within the city of Brno in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic, in a residential neighbourhood east of the historic centre.
