Tsambagarav Uul National Park is a protected area in Bayan-Ölgii Province in western Mongolia centred on the Tsambagarav mountain massif in the Mongolian Altai.
The park contains alpine slopes, high ridges and areas of perennial snow and glacial ice and is visited for high-mountain scenery, trekking and traditional pastoral landscapes. Wildlife adapted to alpine conditions occurs in the area.
The site was established to protect the mountain massif and its alpine ecosystems and has been subject to conservation measures to manage grazing and preserve glacial and high-altitude habitats.
The park is located in western Mongolia’s Bayan-Ölgii Province near the international border with China, within the Mongolian Altai mountain range.
