About Kara and Nate

Kara and Nate are a husband and wife team from Nashville who launched their channel in December 2015. Since then they have grown to about 4.54 million subscribers and over 1.05 billion views across more than 1,000 videos, uploading around three times a month. They began full-time travel in 2016, reached their 100th country by the end of 2019, lived on the road in a converted van during the pandemic, and returned to full-time international travel in 2022. Their videos mix long-form vlogs, challenge series and cinematic travel storytelling from budget to luxury experiences.

If you like upbeat, couple-led travel with big ambitions, this channel rarely disappoints. The videos feel like polished vlogs that swing from gritty overland challenges and Mongol Rally adventures to dreamy luxury stays and premium train journeys. We love how episodes build into mini-series, and standout hits like "WE LIVED IN A $650,000 EARTHROAMER (full tour)" and their capsule hotel and luxury train episodes are instantly bingeable. They upload steadily, roughly three times a month, so there is a reliable stream of new destinations and formats to dive into.
