Tour First is a large office skyscraper in the La Défense business district west of central Paris, France, notable for being the tallest tower in La Défense after a major renovation. The building functions primarily as class-A office space for multiple corporate tenants.
The exterior and systems were comprehensively upgraded during a renovation that raised the building’s profile and modernised its façade and services. From street level it occupies a prominent position within the high-rise cluster of La Défense.
Originally built in the 1970s, the tower underwent a major redesign and height increase in the 2000s, with renovation works completed in the early 2010s to create its current form. The renovation modernised the building for contemporary office use and improved energy performance.
Tour First sits in La Défense on the western edge of the Paris metropolitan area, roughly several kilometres west of central Paris and readily reachable by the district’s rail and metro connections.

By car access is via the Boulevard Circulaire/A14 and local La Défense roads; La Défense is about 10-12 km from central Paris (Châtelet) and is typically a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic.
