Tat Lo lies about 45-60 minutes by road northeast of Salavan town; from Pakse (the nearest major hub) expect a 3-4 hour drive on provincial roads. Minibuses and local taxis run to Salavan; from Salavan arrange a onward ride to Tat Lo (unpaved last miles possible).
