Suzhou Museum is a city museum in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, housed in a distinctive modern building designed by I. M. Pei and opened in 2006. It presents collections of regional art, history and material culture.

The museum is noted for its architecture, which blends modern construction with motifs drawn from traditional Suzhou gardens and Jiangnan architecture. Galleries display Chinese painting, calligraphy, ceramics and decorative arts, with rotating temporary exhibitions.

The institution focuses on the cultural history of Suzhou and the surrounding Jiangnan region, preserving and interpreting local collections alongside national-level works. The museum is compact and often visited together with nearby classical gardens.

It sits in central Suzhou, immediately beside the UNESCO-listed Humble Administrator’s Garden, within the old city grid of canals and historic streets.

From Suzhou Railway Station take local buses or a 20-30 minute taxi; from Suzhou North High-Speed Railway Station take metro Line 2 to the Pingjiang Road / Guanqian Street area and walk (or take a short taxi ride).
