Sumiyoshi Taisha is a major Shinto shrine in Sumiyoshi-ku, Osaka, and the head shrine of the Sumiyoshi network. The complex is noted for its ancient Sumiyoshi-zukuri architectural style and for its status as a cultural and religious centre in Osaka.
