The State Kremlin Palace is a large modern performance and congress building located within the Moscow Kremlin. Constructed in the Soviet era, it was designed to host Communist Party congresses and large official events.

The State Kremlin Palace is inside the Moscow Kremlin complex in central Moscow. The easiest way is by metro: use Borovitskaya (Circle line), Aleksandrovsky Sad / Biblioteka Imeni Lenina (interchange with the Red line) or Arbatskaya - all stops open onto the Kremlin/Manezhnaya area. From any of these stations it is a short walk (around 5-10 minutes) to the Kremlin grounds and the Palace; vehicular access is via Mokhovaya/Vozdvizhenka streets and is restricted, so plan to arrive on foot from the nearest metro.
