How to Get to St Stephen's Green #
St Stephen’s Green is in central Dublin adjacent to the Luas Green Line stop named St. Stephen’s Green - the tram exit opens onto the park entrance, so it’s essentially a doorstep stop. The park is in the city centre and is also served by many Dublin Bus routes; if driving you will be in the central area with limited parking.

- Visit early on weekday mornings or during weekday lunchtimes to experience the park like a local and avoid the heavy tourist traffic that builds around the Grafton Street end in the afternoons.
- If you want a quieter entrance, avoid the main gate off Grafton Street (south side) and use the north or west gates instead; the Grafton Street entrance is the busiest because it links directly to the shopping area.
- Take time to follow the park's winding paths beyond the main lawns-many visitors stick to the perimeter and miss the memorials, ponds and smaller sculptural features tucked into the inner walks.
