St. Florian Monastery is an Augustinian monastery and Baroque complex at Sankt Florian in Upper Austria, known for its architecture, music history and religious heritage. The abbey complex includes a large monastery church and extensive baroque interiors.

The monastery has medieval origins and was rebuilt and expanded in Baroque style during the 17th and 18th centuries, producing the grand church and monastic buildings visible today. The abbey has continued as a religious community while also serving as a cultural and musical centre.

St. Florian is about 12 km west of Linz. From Linz Hauptbahnhof take regional trains toward Wels/Enns and alight at St. Florian; the monastery is a 5-10 minute walk from the station. Driving via B1/B129 from Linz takes roughly 15-20 minutes.

• Arrive for the daily organ recital if scheduled - the monastery has a long musical tradition and the acoustics are characterful.
