Sofiero Palace is a former royal summer residence near Helsingborg in SkE5ne County, southern Sweden, set within extensive ornamental gardens. The estate is noted for its horticultural displays and public garden areas.

Sofiero Palace is about 4-5 km north of central Helsingborg. By car it’s a short 10-15 minute drive from Helsingborg and there is visitor parking at the palace grounds. From Helsingborg Central Station you can reach Sofiero by local buses serving the northern coastal suburbs (check current regional timetables); the palace and park are also reachable on foot along the seafront in roughly 20-30 minutes from the city centre.

• Visit in late May to early June or on clear mornings to see Sofiero's famous rhododendron collections at their peak and to catch the best light over the gardens and Öresund.
• Arrive early on weekdays or later in the afternoon to avoid weekend day-trip crowds from Helsingborg; the grounds are extensive so early arrival gives quieter access to the hillside rhododendron park.
• Enter via the palace's main visitor entrance (where the café and shop are located) and make time to walk the seaside terraces and lower garden paths that many visitors skip-they offer the best views across the water.
