Sobo-zan (Mount Sobo) is a prominent mountain on the border of Oita and Miyazaki prefectures in Kyushu, Japan, with a summit around 1,756 m. It is part of the Sobo-Katamuki range and forms a core area of local protected parkland.

The area is visited for hiking, ridge walks and seasonal alpine flora; established trails and mountain huts serve recreational climbers, and the summit provides long views across central Kyushu on clear days. The mountain supports montane forest and subalpine communities that attract nature-focused visitors.
