Sinnamary is reached primarily by road from Cayenne (CAY) - there is no rail service. Road transfers by car or taxi are the normal options; public coach services are limited and less frequent than in Europe.
Cayenne - Félix Eboué Airport (CAY): The main airport serving French Guiana and the usual arrival point for Sinnamary. From Cayenne airport you can reach Sinnamary by road via RN1-by car or taxi the drive is typically around 1-1.5 hours depending on traffic and exact start point. There are limited scheduled public coaches; taxis and private transfers are the common choices. Taxi fares vary significantly-expect higher costs than mainland France for long rides.
