St Andrew’s Cathedral is the Anglican cathedral in Singapore’s Civic District and is the seat of the Bishop of Singapore. The cathedral is a landmark of Anglican worship and civic heritage in the city-state.

The interior features a high vaulted nave, stained glass and a traditional Anglican arrangement with an organ and choir area that draw visitors to services and occasional concerts. People visit for worship, to view the architecture and for ceremonial events.

The cathedral was built in the 19th century and has served the Anglican community in Singapore through colonial and post-colonial periods; it is protected as a national monument. It is located adjacent to the Padang and City Hall area in central Singapore.

By car it’s in the city centre; Singapore Changi Airport is about 20 km from the cathedral by road.

• Visit early on weekday mornings (before office hours) or later in the afternoon to avoid peak tourist groups and weekend worship services that draw crowds.
• Enter from St Andrew's Road / the City Hall side for the clearest view of the cathedral's classical façade and the quickest access from City Hall MRT.
• Check the cathedral's website or noticeboard for service times and special events - plan your visit outside major services if you want to view the interior uninterrupted.
• Most visitors focus on the exterior; take a few minutes inside to appreciate the nave and stained glass (photography is generally allowed outside service times).
