How to Get to Sigtuna#
Sigtuna sits very close to Stockholm Arlanda Airport, making air arrival simple and quick. The practical onward links are short regional buses from Arlanda or Märsta, or a brief taxi ride.
Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN): Arlanda is the main airport serving Sigtuna and is only about 10-20 km away. Stockholm Bromma / Skavsta / Västerås: These smaller airports are further away and usually less convenient; Arlanda is the default gateway for Sigtuna.
Train: The nearest major railway hub is Märsta (served by SJ and Stockholm commuter trains), just a short distance from Sigtuna. From Märsta station a local bus or short taxi completes the trip (bus ride ~5-10 minutes).
