How to Get to Zlatibor #
Zlatibor is a mountain resort in western Serbia centered on the town of Zlatibor/Čajetina. It is commonly reached by car from Belgrade (a roughly 3-4 hour drive, ~200-250 km depending on route) or by intercity bus from Belgrade’s central bus station to Zlatibor. The nearest larger railheads are in Užice; from Užice frequent local buses or taxis serve Zlatibor (roughly a 30-40 minute drive).

- Peak visitor season is late spring through early autumn for hiking and sightseeing; winter attracts skiers to Tornik but road and lift availability are seasonal-check local schedules before you go.
- Use the new Gold Gondola or local road links to reach Tornik for panoramic views early in the day before excursion buses arrive; the gondola shortens access to higher trails and is a faster way up than driving smaller mountain roads.
