Sefton Park

Sefton Park is a large Victorian public park in Liverpool created in the late 19th century and laid out as a formal urban park with extensive tree planting, drives and open lawns. It is noted for its ornamental glasshouse and large recreational spaces used by the city.

Key attractions include a cast-iron Palm House, an ornamental boating lake and wide tree-lined promenades that together create roughly 95 hectares of parkland. The park is frequently used for leisure, informal sport and organized public events.
