- If using the Scopi cable car check seasonal schedules-it often runs only in summer and for maintenance closures; confirm with local tourism offices in Medel (Lucmagn).
- Bring windproof clothing-the summit ridge is exposed even in summer and can gust strongly.
- Hikers usually approach from the Val Medel side; follow marked Alpine routes and be prepared for high-alpine conditions above 2,500 m.
