By Air

Hat Yai International Airport (HDY): The nearest major airport for Southern Thailand’s Songkhla province and the easiest international entry point. From Hat Yai the drive to Sadao takes about 1-1.5 hours by car or taxi; expect taxis or private transfers to be the quickest options.

Suvarnabhumi (BKK) / Don Mueang (DMK): For international visitors coming from Bangkok, take a domestic flight to Hat Yai or a long-distance bus/overnight train to Hat Yai then transfer to Sadao by road.
